01Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm and secure all safari bookings. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the travel date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

02Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made close to the travel date may be non-refundable, as advance payments are required to secure lodges, park permits, and third-party services.

In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, global events, or serious illness, some suppliers may offer a credit note for future travel, subject to their individual policies.

03Amendments & Client-Initiated Changes

Any changes requested by the client after confirmation (including dates, accommodations, or services) may result in additional costs. Such costs will be communicated and must be covered by the client.

04Safari Operations & Activities

All safari activities are coordinated through E&H Tanzanian Adventures’ professional driver-guides. For safety and operational efficiency, clients are requested to consult their guide before arranging any independent activities with lodges or third parties.

05Park Fees, Taxes & Government Levies

All park fees, government taxes, and conservation charges are subject to change without prior notice. Any increase imposed after booking will be added to the final safari cost.

06Itinerary Flexibility

While every effort is made to follow the confirmed itinerary, adjustments may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, road conditions, and wildlife movements. In such cases, suitable alternatives of equal standard will be provided where possible.

07Missed Services

No refunds will be issued for missed services resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, delays, or wildlife-related factors.

08Travel Documentation

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, health requirements) are valid. E&H Tanzanian Adventures shall not be held responsible for disruptions arising from incomplete documentation.

09Liability Disclaimer

E&H Tanzanian Adventures acts as a tour operator and shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, loss of property, or delays arising from natural events, wildlife encounters, or third-party service providers.
